The War Between Mac and PC

the war between mac and pc continues. but instead of taking a backseat, microsoft finally came up with a $300 million (!!!) PC ad campaign to stake its territory after a year since the war started.

“I’m a PC”

it also extends out to include web 2.0 efforts on their website by asking people to submit their pc user experience and stand a chance to be featured in their ad campaign.

while it’s a good campaign with a great idea, microsoft unfortunately did not cover all bases. the graphics in its tvc were actually produced using macs running adobe creative suite 3. after the details were published on the Flickr, microsoft scrambled to polish off the embarrassing details.

well, mac of course bites back at PC’s latest ad campaign with their own reply.
